Community events,
produced with craft.
We plan and run community events in Portland — our own, and other people’s. Venue, stage, sound, crew, schedule, and the hundred small decisions that make a room feel good to be in.
A good night looks easy. That is the part that takes the work.
Some of what we put on is ours. Some of it belongs to someone else and we’re there to make it work. The standard does not change between them.
Production and consulting, end to end
Whether we’re running the whole thing or helping your team run theirs, the work is the same: plan it properly, build it well, and look after everyone in the room.
Full-service production
We plan and run the whole event, from the first budget to the final load-out.
Staging, sound & lighting
Technical production and AV built for the room you actually have, not the one in the brochure.
Logistics & operations
Ticketing, volunteers, schedules, and the on-site work of keeping a day running to time.
Community-event consulting
For teams producing their own: a second pair of hands on the plan, the budget, or the safety side.
What working together looks like
We’re a small studio, so the way we work is plain: a written quote, our standards out in the open, and the people actually producing your event on the other end of the email.
A written quote first
We scope every event on its own and send a written quote with a plain breakdown of what’s included. You owe nothing until you say yes.
Standards in the open
Our conduct standards, privacy practice, and refund and cancellation terms are published on this site rather than buried in a booking flow.
One point of contact
You’re emailing the people who will produce your event. No ticket queue, no handoff to an account manager.
